Ashley completed her undergraduate degree in Motor Behavior from Texas A&M and went on to complete her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Texas Woman’s University in Houston. She is currently a physical therapist with Memorial Hermann Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation and a team PT for Memorial Senior High School. Ashley is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Board-Certified Sports Physical Therapist with a certification in dry needling. Her clinical interests include guiding post-operative and conservative hip, knee, and low back patients back to active lifestyles and sport.
Ashley grew up as a competitive dancer and continues to be active in weightlifting. In her free time, she enjoys traveling to new national parks, trying Houston coffee shops, and cheering on Aggie and Houston sports.
