Jaclyn Smolik

Jaclyn is a residency trained orthopedic physical therapist for Memorial Hermann Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation in Houston, Texas. Jaclyn received her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology- Exercise Science in 2020 at Texas Lutheran University where she played collegiate soccer. She then obtained her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in 2023. She completed her orthopedic residency with Memorial Hermann and is now working at the Memorial Hermann Rockets Sports Medicine clinic in Cypress, Texas.

She is currently a member of both the hip preservation program and spine program along with serving as an active participant in research for these areas. Her clinical interests include post-operative and non-operative hip and knee, as well as low back pain, and sports related injuries.

Outside of the clinic, Jaclyn enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, working out, and visiting her niece and nephew in South Carolina.
