Lauren Ferrante has her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Texas A&M University. She has pursued advanced training through OPTIM and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Manual Physical Therapists (FAAOMPT). Lauren is also a board-certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy (OCS), with additional certifications in the Schroth Method for Adolescent Scoliosis and Dry Needling. 0Lauren’s expertise encompasses pediatric orthopedics and sports, adolescent scoliosis, as well as post-operative and conservative management of the hip, spine, and lower extremities, with a focus on return-to-sport rehabilitation.
In addition to her clinical work, Lauren serves as the Coordinator of the Memorial Hermann Pediatric Orthopedic Program, is an active member of the Hip Preservation Program, and is a faculty member of the Memorial Hermann Residency Program. She is also a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
Outside of her professional commitments, Lauren enjoys spending time with her husband and children, running, reading, traveling, and cheering on the Texas A&M Aggies and Houston Astros.
