Nandita Mahendra

Nandita received her Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from Texas Woman’s University in 2002 and has been with Memorial Hermann since 2016. Her clinical specialties include Schroth rehab for scoliosis, conservative and post-operative management of the hip, sports injuries, post-joint replacement and general orthopedic injuries. She is a member of the Hip Preservation Program, Pediatric Orthopedic Team, and Pediatric Spine Program at Memorial Hermann. Nandita has advanced certification/training in dry needling, blood flow restriction, kinesiotaping and Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM). She is also trained in the BSPTS Schroth method, a specialized approach to scoliosis-specific rehabilitation. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Texas Physical Therapy Association.
