Natasha Woodland-Darbar

Natasha earned her degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Teesside, an additional DPT from AT Still University and her MBA from Lamar University. She is a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy and a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Sports Physical Therapy.

As a member of Memorial Hermann’s Hip Preservation Program, Natasha specializes in the evaluation and treatment of hip and lower extremity conditions, helping patients return to an active lifestyle through evidence-based rehabilitation. Her clinical interests include hip preservation, sports-related injuries, knee rehabilitation, movement analysis, and return-to-sport programming for athletes of all levels. In addition to her role on the Hip Preservation Program team, Natasha is actively involved with Memorial Hermann’s Soccer Medicine team and the Robust Process Improvement Academy. She is a member of both the American Physical Therapy Association and the Texas Physical Therapy Association.

Natasha has completed advanced post-professional training as a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists (FAAOMPT) and holds certifications in dry needling, Graston Technique®, and kinesiology taping. She works closely with orthopedic surgeons, physicians, and sports medicine specialists to provide comprehensive, individualized care for patients with hip disorders and athletic injuries.

Outside of work, Natasha enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, traveling, attending sporting events, and making memories with family and friends.
