Sienna Kahlden, PT, DPT

Sienna is a residency-trained orthopedic physical therapist with Memorial Hermann Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation in Houston, Texas. Sienna received her undergraduate degree from Baylor University in 2017 and then obtained her doctorate of physical therapy from Texas Woman’s University Houston in 2021. She completed her orthopedic residency with Memorial Hermann and is now working at the Memorial Hermann Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation in The Woodlands. Sienna is the site coordinator at her clinic where she helps teach and mentor the orthopedic resident. Her clinical interests include low back, hip, knee, and sport specific injuries with the goal of helping individuals reach their optimal recovery following surgery and non-operative care. She is certified in dry needling through Evidence in Motion, contributes to ongoing research with the Hip Preservation team, and teaches within Memorial Hermann’s orthopedic and sports residency programs. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys being active, traveling, outdoor recreation, and spending time with her husband.
